How can I track my order?

You may check the progress of your order on the Track My Order page. You will receive an email notification containing tracking info when your order has been shipped.

Which payment methods do you accept?

How can I change my order?

Please fill out the contact form to update your order. We can correct your shipping address, quantity of items, names, etc. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be updated.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow for up to 5 business days after ordering for it to be processed. During special holidays, orders may take longer to be processed.

Orders are processed on weekdays from Monday - Friday. Please expect up to 10-14 business days for final delivery.

What shipping methods do you use?

Orders within the United States will be delivered via USPS. Please check the mailbox or front door for your package. For other countries, please refer to the following:

Will customs duties & fees be assessed?

Orders over $50 qualify for FREE worldwide shipping! We pass on the savings to our customers by providing free worldwide standard shipping for orders over amounts of $50. We ship worldwide to over 52 countries.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to over 52+ countries. If for any reason we cannot ship to your country due to logistics issues, we will refund your order and notify you via email.

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and you wish to return it, please fill out the contact form. You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to process your refund request.

Unfortunately, we cannot honor any refund requests after the 7-day period.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days. Please contact your bank or credit card to find out when refunds will be credited back to your account.

Will my personal information kept private?

All customer information that you share with us is kept completely private and confidential. We do not share, rent or sell your personal information.

Can I place an order over the phone?

At this time, we can only process orders online through our website. We will not be to process payments over the phone due to potential security issues. Orders placed online are secure and all data encrypted with AES 256-bit SSL.
